Default Inside Rear View Mirror Glass Replace

Does anybody know how to get the (interior) rear view mirror glass out?
The old one is fogged up and I have a new one but I don't know how to get the old one out. '73 Vette if it matters.
Thanks everybody.

Not sure about U'r 73, but if the band around the glass is vynal just carefully pry the glass out. Heat it up a bit with a blow dryer to soften the vynal on one side and it will give. That's how I did my 72!

I'd like to know where you can just buy the replacement glass for the mirror? I was told only the complete mirror was available. My glass is also milky, but everything else is mint.
