Raced at the Corvette Cruise In brackets today.. No new best ET even though my mph were some of the best that I ever ran, and I finally got a wheels up launch on video...
It's not a huge wheelie, but you can clearly see the wheels coming off the ground..
But maybe you should explain this picture instead....
That's when Mike Wallace (60 Minutes) caught him leaving his hotel room. They were doing an expose on Austrian's who come to this country and beat us at our own game (drag racing)...
I had trouble actually seeing the wheels up but i have seen the picture in the signature.
All I get is a red X. I want to see the picture.
In the video that I posted, you can see the left wheel coming off the ground a little bit... I was surprised that at least one of the wheels came off considering the bad 60' time.. 1.684 on the pass in the video...
NOt bad, I think you need to put 90/10 front shocks and some rear shocks with stff compression and higher rebound valving on the car. I see the car doing a "pogo" on the launch which can cause problems with your 60ft times. The 1.6X 60FT time isn't too bad of a time to be honest with you. Keep up the faith, I have to work this years for our club's event Vette Magic #30 comming up at Sacramento, CA Drag Strip this next Sunday.

I do have adjustable 90/10's in front (currently set to 80/20) and a custom drag race 500 lbs/inch composite spring in the rear... I might set up the front shocks to 90/10 and see what's going to happen...
My usual 60' time here in Florida is in the 1.550 range... 1.648 is far from my normal 60' time...
