This is NOT what I look for at car shows with Corvettes. The owner is undoubtedly proud and that's all well and good, but I'd rather see a C-3 being restored. Has s/he visited this forum? I'd like to hear the owner's thoughts because we'll all defend our special ride.

At least it kept the overall shape of the Vette. There are many worse ones than that out there(i.e. the stationwagon hatchback body mod )

This guy fell for every body mod in the catalog in the mid 80's. I would rather look at the red 80-82 next to him.

The vertical doors arent that hard to fabricate a little tricky to line up though once i get my car done i will post the pictures ive got the templates i used to fab mine i even found a cool way to run the wires to the door without getting cought up.the best part though is theres no cutting it bolts right up so it can be put back to original hinges easyer said then done.

No, that 's the only picture I took of the car, although I really wish I had taken another picture showing the air cleaner better.
