'69 smog equipment help needed

'69 smog equipment help needed
Anybody know the original numbers for '69 smog equipment for 427 vette (L71 car)..pump number,diverter valve number, stand #, pulley # etc ? Any help would be appreciated, Thanks

Youre in luck. Call Bill Hodell. His number is in Hemmings Motor News (go to web site). Sorry, I dont have it anymore
I found him about 3 years ago, and he is the man. A couple of notes:
1. He does not have a web site, or toll free number
2. Prepare to make allot of small talk over the phone. He likes to talk, he is very friendly
3. Prepare that you will get the RIGHT stuff. He knows his smog/air stuff. Be aware that 68, 69 and later smog pumps had slightly different charateristics, and not just if it was a sb or bb. He knows what is correct
He will aslo ask, or you can, do you want spanking new NOS stuff, or stuff you can clean up? I asked for the "I can clean up" stuff
When I got it, it was in exc condition to begin with
He really knows the vette smog stuff
The stuff isnt cheap, but his prices are lower than most I researched before buying

Thanks for that info. but better to know what you need or else he can sell me anything as long as it will work but probably would not necessarilly be original. Does any Forum member know the numbers I need?
