are headlight actuators side specific?
just like the title says. i have not read any definetive info saying which way the vacuum ports should face on the actuators. i have seen pictures of them facing towards the middle, both facing towards the outsides, and even both facing towards the drivers side. so which is correct or acceptible is more like it for this car. thanks

WhenI bought my 73 they were pointed outword. They hit the hood and chiped the paint. I seen several cars where they pointed inward so I changed mine and now there don't hit the hood any more.
