You're getting the forum IMG tags right, otherwise we wouldn't be seeing the red X's. You're missing something on the Photobucket side of things. If you paste the address you're using in the address bar in a browser window you get Not Found.
This is what you're using.. it doesn't work.
I'm not a Photobucket user so I can't help, but there's got to be some trick to their setup that's missing there.
