Default It's about dang time!

I sit here night after night reading all these posts, and I never get to brag or report on anything with my 82.

Well today it's my turn

I put in a new starter, and an O2 sensor!!!

Went out for a test drive. No it's not any faster, but it starts now. and no more "check engine" light !!!

So I took the wife out for chinese food 40 miles away...Yeah it was 110 outside, but we went the whole way with the AC on and had the cruise control set at 75 the whole way.... Man what a blast to drive !!!

Default Sounds like a good day.....

Anytime you leave and come back without a misshap is a good time. Like my pilot buddy says "any landing is a good one", Joe.

Yep, had a fun time...
Me and the wife even talked about upgrading a few things when we can spare a couple-O-bucks from the "pay for the kids college" fund...

At least you got AC. I would probably have to take the truck to keep cool. Glad you guys had a good time.

Well, with the temps hovering around 114 degrees outside, the T Tops stay on and so does the AC, but we get to cruise all winter out here WITH the tops off...

Went to town today, and it threw the power steering belt. My wife didn't want to try to manhandle it home, so I got to drive both ways...

Going to get a whole new set of belts tomorrow!!!
