Look at Summit, they have a 10" drop base and they used to carry a 10" non-drop base as well.
I found the info on my units:
I bought the AC-DELCO #GMC-12342075 with a drop base that did not fit over the float bowls on my Holley Street Avenger carb, but it worked well on the Qjet. So I finally used a EDELBROCK #1208 with the non-drop base, this also has a flat lid that can be used later if more hood clearance is need.
