Nolan Adams has written a book, and made a video of pulling a Vette body. You can get the book and tape from any of the big catalog companies like Eckler, Corvette America, Mid America, etc....
I think I paid $19 for the book. It has a checklist which was very beneficial for me. In the book, he also had plans for building a body dolly.
