Default car bra

My 73 front end is all cracked up. The vinyl bumper is splitting. I was wondering if a bra would be a cheap fix for a few years. Can't afford the new front yet alone painting it. Does anyone have one and what kind is it. Is the wolf a pretty decent one? Thanks.

I've got one that came off my 74 when I fixed the front bumper.

I did not like the look of a full bra that covers the heads lights so I trimed it to fit just the nose, removed the velcro that was for the light covers and rivited and hot glued to the nose and sewed it the bra along with the trim to make my own mini bra.

BTW My nose has a nice hole in it but I am not ready to paint the car so I figured this was a nice short term solution so that is why I used rivits and glue on it.

The traditional car bra will cover the sad front end. Have you considered a Speed lingerie product? they are color coded instead of the black.
For those who's paint is still good I don't recommend a traditional bra as they tend to move around on long trips and scuff the paint.
Have a look here to see what can be done with new technology.

If the front end is messed up and you will eventually replace it, then covering it with a bra in the meantime would probably look better than a chipped, broken or damaged frontend.

I would not use a bra on a car with a good or decent quality paint job. I put one on my 86 to hide a scratch, and it ended up chaffing the paint worse than the area that I wanted to cover.

A loose bra will cause paint problems. This will allow it to flap, causing major scuffs. The bra I have is tight and did not scuff my paint.
