Maybe he means on the rocker panel? Or maybe somebody had a heavy night the night before (I see spots before my eyes the next morning, some people may see stripes?)

Hi Dean,
A previous owner changed it, but whoever did the paintjob must have had bad knees as they didn't like bending down- there's really thick white paint on the upper surfaces which gets thinner lower down on the car. On the lower edges (like the wheel arch lips) there's still some of the original paint showing. The bits I can see look like a really grim color, but that Vette above looks really nice.
