Default head questions

Just got some Dart Iron Eagle Platinum cylinder heads. Obviously not Aluminum but they look great. Is their any alternative to painting theses things? I like the look of the natural cast and machined finish they have. Anyone else run these? Anything I should look out for before assembly or with fitment issues? Thanks!

I bought some Dart IE's that needed a good amount of clean up in the valve pocket area. If you dissasemble them you might find some sharp edges in the bowls that you would want to grind/smooth out before reassembling them. Other than that they were great.

I think that without paint your going to invite rust. I've seen paint before that said cast iron. So you might get something close ot bare metal look.

Thanks for the advise. I will look at the bowls and search for some cast iron type paint.
