Has anyone found a decent colour match to a plastic paint for their Oyster interior? Mine has discoloured slightly and I want to paint them (done it with other project, great look and lasts) but can't find anything remotely close to the greyish tinge the Oyster white has.

Try SEM Ultra White...only thing I've found real close...in fact,I painted my worn out Oyster leather steering wheel with it....matched everything else..now I'm going to paint my center T-Top trim...have pic's.....
Here...
note...flash made it look brighter than it is...very close match...also,had not painted from 2-7 o'clock in this pic..
It does look quite white compared to the unpainted portion of your wheel, but, like you said, all flash. I'll see if I can get that stuff up here in the Great White North and give it a shot, Thanks!!!

I couldn't find the "Ultra White" either so I emailed SEM directly and this is the response they sent ...
>We have a formula for Oyster White, listed for 1979 GM vehicles with
>interior Trim Code 12. The Color Coat formula is 1676. Your Color Coat
>supplier can mix this formula for you.
>
>We recommend you download our brochure, RAP-1, "Refinishing >Automobile Interior and Exterior Flexible and Rigid Substrates." It >contains detailed information for prepping and applying Color Coat.
>
>The brochure is available at www.sem.ws/tech_sheet/rap-1.pdf.
>If you have additional questions, our Technical Department can be
>contacted at 1-800-831-1122.

My car is also Oyster, I painted a lot of my interior parts (plastic seat parts, kick panels, etc) with Dupli-Color spray paint called "Creme", paint code FM160 that I got at Canadian Tire. You may want to give that a try, at least you know you can get it in Canada. The color was a pretty good match (it's MUCH lighter than it looks on the "cap"), it is white with the grayish tinge you want.
In the pic below the seat-bottom is done with that stuff.
