OK, bigger. Stock L-48 with matching numbers. Interior is custom velour cloth Saddle Tan done when it was painted Pearl Opalescent and air brushed (both right after bought new here in Vegas by original owner). Originally had a mural of Elvis on the rear deck (have pics of it), but the first owner later had it painted over somewhere along the line. Has been garaged and well cared for always - a very solid Vette.
Newest Vette I've owned... first five were 58's and 59's back in the 70's (yeah, I know ). Sure nice to have a real American sports car under me again after toying with Healey's and Bird's for many years.
This seems oddly familiar. Did you buy it off of another forum member?
By the way, welcome to our familiy!
Thanks for the kudo's on the ride folks, and especially for the welcome to the forum.
Best answer I can give you jonny4523 is the paper trail shows it was sold/customized when brand new in Vegas, then it turned up in Mayer, MN early '93 before it went to Hermiston, OR from later that same year until about 6 months ago, when the gent from Selah, WA I got it from bought it. I do however also have some "tech tips" that came with the paperwork that were downloaded and printed from "corvetteforum.net" dated from 7/01 to 2/02, so possibly either the lady in OR who owned it from '93 to '03 was a forum member of that site - or her friend (the towns fire cheif) who owned it from late '03 to early '05 downloaded it for her. I have all the previous owners names and addresses, but would have no idea what their forum names could have been.
