The vinyl seats in HOOTERS are soooo hot in the summer. I am looking for seatcovers to go over them. All I have been able to find are the poly/cotton type that are just loose slipcovers.
Are there others available? I want something that fits tight, perhaps like the neoprene ones that are available for c4s and c5s.
darn.......NOONE knows of any seatcovers i can get?
HOOTERS ? Is that the plate on your C3 ?
Anyway, I wouldn't put any cover on the seats unless it was
real thick genuine sheepskin ... cool in the heat and warm in the cold.
Perhaps you don't have the second case - but that's my opinion and choice.
I've had the same sheepskin in my DD Buick for 13 years now - still love it.

yep...she's hugger orange and her plates are HOOTERS.
i haven't even seen the sheepskin covers for these seats. i'd really like something like neoprene, though.

Hey Liz. Long time no see.
I saw someone on here made some white cotton terry cloth seat covers. They looked like they should be cooler than black. Last time I had mine out, I almost melted it was so hot.

hey eddie!
that would be a good idea, only i'd stick with black...maybe whoever made them will chime in and show pix, and perhaps tell me how they made them fit!
Hmm. Let's see. I removed the seat. Women pinned terrycloth, got out some fancy schmancy sewing machine, attached stretchy material to it, sewed in a hood and next thing I knew I had functional, though not terribly beautiful seat covers for the 100 degree drive through the desert valleys in California.
