You can have your headers ceramic coated by Jet Hot in Tempe, Arizona. That's were I sent mine. Total price for shipping was about $22.00 for Fed Ex Ground. I live in the South Bay area of Los Angeles. Total price was $279.00.
I have a Ceramic Coater here locally that will do it for $225, Jet-Hot's is going to be $305 with shipping, but I think they do the best job and coating lasts longer from what I have been told.
I believe they use silver in their Sterling Coating, and Jet-Hot has been around for a while so they have probably put more into R&D for a better product.
