Where are all of the ground connections scattered around the frame and body? I'm trying to determine where a sporadic electrical problem is coming from and since I did a body off resto I want to make sure all locations have a solid ground.

 

Chassis grounds:
Battery to frame below it
Block to right engine mount support
Horn and headlight grounds at radiator support
Blower and wiper ground at right side bellhousing bolt
Ground straps at front bird-cage/#1 body mount to frame, both sides
Exhaust system straps at both pipe clamps to frame at trans.mount/exhaust hanger
Radio groungd plate to frame rail

 

Where on the body (bird cage) do the straps connect at the front body mount #1 locations? When I pulled my body these were rotted out and now I can't clearly see where they should be connected.

 

I recall a 1/4" self tapping bolt at the front bottom outside
edge of the rocker channel. When I re-installed mine, I made my own new hole ... bigger cable, bigger bolt.
