Default Lower radiator hose??

Check your lower radiator hose to see if it is collapsing. It might need a spring inside of it.

Is all of the air out of the cooling system?

Is all of the foam in place around the radiator?

you didn't say, does it overheat while idleing in traffic, or while cruising at/above 55 mph?

do you still have your windown under the front end of the car?

does the car start to cool back down when you start to drive non stop?

I'd make sure the "seal" is present between the condensor and radiator. Get a 160 degree thermostat too. A new motor should run a little hotter also.

Is it overheating at idle or when moving? Trying raising the passenger side front and start the car cold with the cap off and let it run for a while. It will make sure there is no air pockets in the system.
