Default Anyone Ordered From "PYPES EXHAUST"?

I placed an order on Aug 13, my online statement shows it was charged on Aug 15 and I have not received an order confirmation or mechandise. I sent 2 emails and neither was answered. Has anyone had any dealings with them?

Their site address is : http://www.pypesexhaust.com/faq.html

Confuscious say, "stand in front of car, get tired. stand in back of car, get exhausted".

I emailed the owner and received a reply. I got the ole, "We must not have received your emails" story. Which doesn't explain why I never got an order confirmation in the first place and why my card was charged before anything was shipped.

Speaking of shipping, he said one of the items I ordered was out of stock and wouldn't be available for "several weeks". I guess they would have eventually got around to telling me...NOT

Anyway, I told him to cancel the order and credit my card for the total amount. I'll see what happens.

Their parts were showcased on "Horsepower TV" in a buildup which led me to trust them in the first place. Maybe it was an honest mistake but that seems a bad way to do bidness.
