Interesting - I'm guessing that's about the cost of all the parts. The labor cost has evaporated. It seems that the value of the car is seeking its own level.
(I don't remember it taking 4 years either. Somehow these things get exaggerated...)

Seriously though, there was more than one thread about Merlin when it went across the block at BJ back in January...even one going on while the bidding took place. I think they anticipated a much higher number...anybody remember for sure?
