I just did power door locks, got the actuators and a relay from a 82 Camaro and the switches from I believe a Buick Regal. The wiring diagram for my '82 Vette called for 5-way switches cross wired to each other and the actuators, but what I got in parts were 3-way switches and a relay. They basically work the same way, positive one way and negative the opposite way (open/lock).

Power windows-just buy the regulators, wiring, switches, relay and install. You will have an extra hole in your door panel and have to cut out the holes in the parking brake console for the switches. Lot of work, but should be pretty straightforward.
