Default Tri-Flo Air Cleaner

I really love this new air cleaner I bought; the shape is ideally suited to the C3 and Quadrajet. All adjustments to the carb can be made with the air cleaner on (except secondary air valve). It gives plenty of room to the distributor too.

Air flow was greatly improved over the dual snorkel L82 air cleaner I had before--I had to adjust and tighten the secondary air valve pretty much to keep the car from bogging.

I'm still uncertain as to the look, but for pure functionality and performance it's ****.

looks good. There's a company out there that makes an older looking tri power air cleaner for a single 4bbl. Anyone know of it?

BTW its not a tri flow

Does anyone know if the Edelbrock 4236 will fit a Q-Jet (and not have hood-clearance issues)?

How 'bout the 4222?

Yep I was checking one of those out myself, definiately like the look of it. I just have been hesitant to buy it because I'm not sure if there's a K&N filter available for it.
