These are not mine...someone posted them a while ago but I do not recall who. Whoever it was did a great job.

The NCRS sells a book and video (by Noland Adams) called:

Body Lift and Chassis Disassembly Book/Video Special

He covers body lift, body dollies, chassis disassembly, and frame detailing."

The Body Lift Workbook is only $9....
A complete guide to body-lifting with information tailored for all of the years we 1953 - 1982. Includes comprehensive diagrams, body dolly plans, a step-by-step checklist, and a recommended vendor list.

sounds like its what you are looking for?

Here is how i made mine. i took old h beam from a mobile home frame and welded it and then i took the measurements from a frame sheet and added about 6 inches to the figures to make the stands. I then welded large flat washers to both ends of the stands and bolted them where the body mounts to the frame. It gets it up off of the frame enough that you have room to work on the birdcage and you can also remove on stand at a time.
