[17"] Tire size compromise?
Current tires are 255/40-17 (came with the wheels). Car looks like a low-rider. Changed the rear tires to 255/50-17 and they now fill the wheel-wells nicely.
Although a lot of you here are running 255/50-17's in the front, I'm afraid they might look too big (car has been lowered in front).
Would 255/45-17 be a good compromise for the front tires? Is there another "in-between" size that would be better?
Here's the specs:
255/40-17 -
Sidewall = 4"
Radius = 12.5"
Diameter = 25"
255/45-17 -
Sidewall = 4.5"
Radius = 13"
Diameter = 26"
255/50-17 -
Sidewall = 5"
Radius = 13.5"
Diameter = 27"
