I like my corvette because every time I look at it, I see beautiful lines that cover some great engineering (for an old domestic sports car). It's trim, elegant and flows nicely. This car looks like 10lbs of crap in a 5lb bag. There's nothing about this look that is endearing. What a waste of time and effort.
The real shame is that someone turned 50 Vettes into pieces of crap (according to the text in that auction)!
Hard to believe 50 people actually purchased a car like that. I just wish they'd do that to about 100,000 more of them and my 75 would be worth mega bucks.
I looked at some other websites and found that this was a legitimate specialty auto maker. When new they sold for $60,000 in 1980. Thats quite a bit more than a stock vette!.
Factory built between 1979-1982, by Dunham Motor Coach Co. in Boonton, NJ.
Only 50 were built, 5 of which were convertibles.
Starting price was over $60,000 new, in 1980.
