I've bought stuff from them in the past and was satisfied with the transaction. I'd buy from them again.

First ran into them in the late 80's at Carlisle. I was pleasantly surprised by their prices and that most of their stuff was GM... in GM boxes.

Good and reliable people to deal with.

I've never had a problem with them. They even called me up to trll me I ordered the wrong part. They checked that the part was for an '82 and it wasn't so they called me

I made the same spreadsheet you did before purchasing my interior. I ended up getting 6 boxes worth of parts from TLD because they beat everyone on price. Then when I called them to place the order, the gentleman on the phone beat out three supporting vendors in customer service. I don't even use anyone else anymore. I need a part, I call TLD.

I have used them several times on different purchases. So far I have been happy with every purchase. There is always going to be that one time though when they have a bad day and someone is not happy with the way things go when they but from them.

I have ordered from them for years. They are the best with great service, parts, and shipping.

They are a big #1 in my book.

I used them for some of my 68 restoration project over the years. Parts were excellent quality, price was very competitive often lowest, and service was excellent. I would recommend them and use them again.
I also recommend Dr. Rebuild in Bridgeport Connecticut as he runs a no frills operation whihc ends up in very competitive prices. He is the guy to go to for those parts you need but can't find as he has them and usually everything is in stock, no back order baloney like some of the others I ran into. Good luck with your project, mine took 10 years but it was worht it.

Purchased ALL my big ticket items from TLD (rad support, carpet, seat covers, etc) and am VERY pleased. They might not have everything...but what they do carry is the least expensive TOP NOTCH quality.

I did the same thing when I bought my '72 in 2000. The Last detail was very competitive. For me located in Fl and TLD located in Atlanta shipping was fast. I worked with Sam. Their selection is a little limited so what they did not have I bought from Corvette Central. I like CC's "Online Store" You can order 24/7 and they have fast shipping too
Best of Luck

thanks guys for all the positive responses....you've sealed the deal for me...when i talked to the guy at carlisle he told me all the other vendors actually purchase their parts from them.... so i'll cut out the middle man from now on... this forum is unquestionably the best.

after a week and a half, the wiper motor i ordered from them showed up this morning. when i opened the box, grease was everywhere. all over the motor, box and paperwork. i was not pleased. i felt they should have wrapped the side that contained all the grease.

Picked up a catalog for them at Carlisle last month. Nice illustrations and prices. I'll be ordering some stuff soon.

I bought some mirrors from them on E-Bay, got a better deal than thru their catalog. Entirely satisfied. Fast shipping and really good communication. Would not hesitate dealing with them again.
