I myself would like to know.I've thought about it.Still might get one if somebody here chimes in on theirs. By the way I love the color of your Vette!!
I have the factory T-top case, which I only used once and found it scratched the painted tops. If you have glass tops its less of an issue. Your case looks more like the one I have for my TransAm. It is better made and has a fleece like inner lining. I can't tell from your picture what the inner lining of your carrier is made of, but I wouldn't use anything unless it was very soft, like fleece etc., if you are going to drive with tops in the case. I am still wrapping my vette tops in a soft blanket if I carry them with me while driving.
i have that case and i find it to be high quality and works really nice the only thing i would sugggest is to get a thicker foam pad to place between the two tops when they are in it.
I have them but, I don't use them as much as I thought I would. Since I don't take the tops out of the car I really don't ever need the full case just the divider.....I would rather use a blanket though......

I love mine. I leave it in the back nearly all the time anymore, for those days when the urge hits to just yank the tops off. You're right though. The middle pad is a little thin, and I thought the nylon on it was a bit harsh. I took a couple of old towels and sewed them up around it. Now it's perfect.
i have one and it works great. granted, seeing that my car is a 77 so storage in back is a premium, it does suck a bunch of space in back. i do manage to get a chair, the top bag, my clothing bag and a repair kit in back when i make road trips....
