Default Sagging Nose

I was just wondering if anyone had any advice for a 1976 that was in storage for a couple (2) years with the rad support out. The nose seems to have drooped. The front tires rub and the front fender seems to be tweaked by the passenger door. Any help would be great.
Thanks,
Batsy

This is how I found the problem. After the car was reassembled the tires rub. Is there a "proper" way to reassemble that would bring the nose up where it is supposed to be?

Reinstalling the rad support should have raised the front clip back up (when my rad support was off for like 3 weeks I could lift the whole front maybe 3-4 inches). Assuming everything is back where it's supposed to be, you could put some shims between the bottom of the rad support and the frame where it attaches. I can't imagine you'd need more than 1/2" there though, I'm thinking something else is wrong (bent frame, rusty birdcage/a-pillar section, spring/suspension issues). Could potentionally be very bad news unfortunately...
