1970 LT-1 Authentication HELP
A friend of mine has found a 1970 LT-1 coupe for sale. Same owner for the last 18 years. Missing A.I.R., headers now, but the Ex. manifolds go with the car. No documentation except for maybe a tank sticker. The engine pad stamping and broach marks look original to him. Wrong color paint(white) should be green, but still has the saddle interior. If we go over this car from redline to all engine componenets numbers and dates how does one determine if it is a REAL LT-1 car?????? Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks Dick Gutman
