Corvette Weekend -- Ocean City, MD

Free State Corvette Club will be hosting our 19th annual Corvette Weekend at Ocean City, MD is this weekend. We already have around 500 Corvettes registered, and expect hundreds more to register upon arrival.

Events include:

-Triple Fun Show
-Double Rallye
-Boardwalk Parade

Portions of the proceeds from this event sponsor the Spina Bifida Association of Maryland and other area charities.

Wish I could go. Maybe sometime in the near future this even will be moved to September. October is a busy time for me.

At this time, it seems rather unlikely that the event will be moved back into September. The event has grown so large through the years that the only location in Ocean City that has the capacity to handle our shows is down at the inlet parking lot. Unfortunately, the inlet parking lot is already spoken for by other events, etc, until this coming weekend (which is why we were forced to move the event two weeks later this year than it has traditionally been). But, time will tell about future years.

Hope you can make it down next year.

Great. Hope to see you there! My car will be in the show and parade. It's a '94 ragtop, Torch Red with black top and interior, six speed, with chromed C5 wheels and B&B exhaust. Gimme a holler if you spot us!

I'll be launching for OC within the hour.
