AC Clutch
I need some advice on repairing/replacing the clutch compressor on my 81. The A/c system is all original with no leaks. but the clutch is now shot. The compressor seems fine and the clutch pulley spins fine as long as the compressor is not engaged. In looking at the shop manual, it shows various types of repairs to the clutch, but it does not show if you can pull the whole thing off. I can buy a new or rebuilt unit but can it be pulled off in one piece and if so, what type of a puller do I need? Does anyone know of a vendor that sells rebuild kits? If anyone can provide any help on this it would be much appreciated. Thanks
