I am trying to remember if I read in one of my books about the brake pedals having two holes in them. That is to help adjust the brake rod that goes from the power booster to the brake pedal.
I cant remember if it was in my corvette book or not, so it just may be worth a look to see if there is an extra hole on the pedal for this adjustment.
No adjustment that I know of and my brake pedal only has one hole in it for the clevis pin.
I would suggest bleeding the master cylinder and all wheels. There is a way to check the booster when first starting the car but I can't recall how exactly. Maybe someone else knows. I will go back and check in my archives, i might have save it.
