whats the best paint that brake fluid won't attack.

I just coat mine with "Rust Converter". Gives it a nice shiney black finish.

How about a way to renew the finish on the PB booster and such things as the headlight vacuum cans with the gold cad plating without removing them?

If you want to paint them use Eastwood Cadmium paint.

I put POR-15 on my master cylinder. Been on there for around 5 years now and still looks pretty good.
