im thinking of putting in some nicer than stock, full sweep electronic autometer gauges. what size are the center console gauges on a 75 stingray? the little ones, are they 2 5/8", or 2 1/16", or something else?

Have a 78 vette speedo 140 mph and tach 5500 yellow (red) line. Downloaded template for the Autometer guages conversion from site here just haveing trouble trying to align template and guage cluster to use it. Do you take the bezel with allen head screws off and then mount template? Been wanting to mount autometer guages in there for a while any help is appreciated. Have the speedo and tach will give to anyone who needs them. Been helped by some generous members here would like to repay the favors in a small way, Thanks houstonvett
Is it just me or is the shifter on the wrong side of the center console in the picture? My brain seems to be telling me the shifter is on the left with the shift pattern diagram on the right.
dont know about the shifter thing but I love the gauges ... been toying with that very idea but the whole keeping it origional keeps kickin me in the bum ... pics kinda sealed it for me .. gonna do it ... got same set up in my 46 International Streetrod
