Any opinions on those leather-like seat covers being sold?

Have you checked with a local upholsterer in your area? The work might be better, and might be comparable to what those leather seat covers cost (and the overall product will probably be better as well.).

I have the leather-like covers and am well pleased. But I'd rather had paid the extra and got real leather.

Pro-con..some say leather wears faster...I think that is true...had my original 78 vynyl/leather seats re done in leather...showing some wear at drivers seat side....originals lasted much longer...got leather in 69...evaluating.....leather needs more care more often..

Can someone point me to a link with these leather-like seat covers? I plan to do an interior restoration this winter, including some kind of affordable seat cover. Basically, it's an experiment to see how cheap and how good I can do it.

the 78 seats were a combination of leather and vinyl from the factory. the seating area, leather all the trim, vinyl. those 4 inch bolsters were the big problem, LOL!!
