The interior is about half tore out, the center console and all those gauges are out, door panels off, t-tops liner and center piece, etc. all out. No way to roll windows up or down. I had to bolt the seat belt back up, jumper the clutch safety switch, and jumper the alarm kill relay. I had to pull the door closed by the little silver handle, and no arm rest on either side. 37* and no heater. I swear it sounded like crap was rattling under the hood, and under the car, and from the rear.
Fortunately I only had to drive about a mile each way to the auto parts store. The water pump in my Jeep is going out and I didn't want to chance it completely failing.... Other than the time my clutch fork broke coming off the highway, this was probably the least enjoyable trip I've had in the Vette.
But it was still kinda fun to drive. All it takes is a drive around the block and all thoughts of selling it fade away. It was a little more motivation to get back to working on the interior.
