I own a white L82 with black interior and I would like to change the interiors look. I have been researching wood dashes....please refer to link for picture
I am curious if anyone has used a kit like this before. I believe it is applied by an adhesive material, which I am not sure how good this will look in my car...Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated..Marty
A friend has this kit in his 78. In his case, it was to hide some imperfections in the console area. He has a dark blue interior, and the wood grain goes nicely with the interior color, and it is a reasonable match for the plastic woodgrain pattern on the speedometer area. It made it a bit more difficult to disassemble the console when were doing the interior since it used the two-sided foam sticky stuff to hold it on.
