Body Drop Getting Closer
Well, the body is off the dolly now and placed up high, off the channels so they can be fixed. I'll be cleaning up and installing inserts to repair the rust damage.
Here are a couple of shots of the body as it is now.
The left side channel is not very bad but . . .
The right side is a little worse but mainly limited to the channel with little rust damage to the pillar.
There is a little rust damage to the area above the left #3 mount so I have an insert for here as well.
#3 on the right has minimal rust and should be ok.
I can't arc weld anymore because of my defibrillator (which is probably a wise choice ) so my welder friend is going to do all the welding for me. I'll post some pics of the work here as it progresses.

This is another great project. You do great work and I am sure you will get it fixed right up in no time. Keep up the good work and be sure to keep the pics coming.
