Find a free web hosting thinger.
I like this one since its easy and they don't have a limit.
http://tinypic.com
Or make a website.
Once your pictures are on the web copy the address. Hit the funny button above (when you post) that looks like a green mountain with a yellow sky. Paste into this, just follow the directions.

Notice it didn't work? thats my icon and didn't end with jpg.
It still works though if you click on it.

One other trick is right clicking on an existing picture. Choose "properties" the address will be shown. C&P it and you can post it. Like I did with the above example.

Hello,
Try this method and see if it works.

I am using a web site called TINYPIC HOSTING. This is a free website that will help to post pictures in places like this.

here is the address: http://tinypic.com/

Here is what I do.
1. After I download my photos on my computer I then go to this website and use the browser to find my photo.
2. I then use the browse function to host a photo and create an internet address,
3. I copy the address that has this format:
(IMG)http://tinypic.com/filename

4. I then post it in the Forum message
5. To make sure it will show up I use the PREVIEW POST button at the bottom of the reply thread.
6. If it looks ok, I will then SUBMIT REPLY.
