I was wondering if anyone out there has put some torq thrust II wheels on their C3 vette. I have a white 79 vette...just curious if these wheels would look good on it. Also, curious on what size wheel to get and tire size........appreaciate any input on the subject....would love to see pictures if they are out there...thank you..marty

Slightly OT: I read a comment on the Hot Rod mag. forum that the TTII's should be refered to as hot rod stock, anything else is a custom wheel.
17x8 TTII's with 4 inch backspacing on my car. You can see my car in the forum photos section along with other C3's with TTII's from 15 inch to 20 inch diameter.

I think what is important besides the wheel size is what the tire size is, the backspace & whether offset trailing arms are being used. I am in the market for a set of TT2's myself but can't decide whether I want to do 17x8 all around or 17x8 in the front & 18x9.5 in the rear. Next come the tire sizes & then finally the tire brands, way too many decisions.
If you guys could list that it would be most appreciated.
