Default Winterize already???

I live in MN and we have snow forecasted for Monday! :-(
Anyway this is my first winter with my C3 and was wondering if anybody had some useful tips to store it? The fuel stabilizer is ready along with the car cover but what little things might I miss the first time around? Thanks!

Change oil, full tank with stabilizer, check tire air pressure, nice wash, dry her off, cover her up and put her to bed. Did mine two weeks ago today.

If sitting on the tires, overinflate them to keep 'em round.
I think 40-45 works well if I recall.

Try to keep snow and water from getting under the car.
If it does, the cover just helps to trap it under there (assume you mean outside).

Good luck. Below freezing here lately, but they forecast 60 for Sunday.

My "New" C3 will be home in a week or two. I may put it in off-site, unheated storage if I can stand to part with it. Would some packs of prosorb inside be advisable?

also disconnect the battery and bring to a warmer place and remember to charge it periodically. Personally I like to put it up on jack stands to get it of the tires.

Ya I parked mine yesterday(Almost felt like cryin').

-Full tank of gas with stabilizer

-Changed oil

-Washed and waxed

-Car covered

-Jacked up on stands and brought wheels inside

-Took off battery

-And locked the door behind me

I plan on visiting her once a week

Why? For less weight hanging from the suspension?

Is it better to store it with a full tank of gas or less? Either way I have the stabil ready to go.. I've heard both ways. A full tank prevents moisture from getting into the gas tank right? Also, mine will be covered in a heated garage. It keeps the dust off of it and prevents any accidental dings or scratches. Plus by covering it up, I don't have to see it every day and wish it were summer again!
