Default Body Weight?
How heavy is the body on a '69 vert? Can four guys lift it, and how hard is it to disconnect everything?

You're going to want to have at least 6 to lift it by hand plus 1 to check for separation. The bodies weigh about 800Lbs.

Depending on how badly things have deteriorated it will take one man 10 to 24 hours of dedicated work to disconnect everything.

10-24 hours ? I'd say minimum ... and that's if you already know what to do.
800 pounds is about right - more if you leave stuff like headlights, seats, etc.
