Default do i need offset t-arms?

i plan on running 18x10" torq thrust II wheels on the rear, 5.5" backspacing. from what i've read, I definitely need offset trailing arms for this setup, right? (i'm assuming i'll get the 2" offset vansteel arms). also, is there any other sort of work I'd need to do for these wide wheels to fit properly? thanks.

Yep, you'll need offset trailing arms and a shortened transverse leaf spring.

I asked this question also a few days ago. With 17s or larger it seems you do not need offset trailing arms. Read all the answers here
