and the fender lips could have a variance.
The front 460lbs coil springs will raise your front, if you like the way it looks - fine - you will likely have to raise your rear to compensate and make it look even (front/rear) but that's ok, just watch your half shafts... if you raise the rear too much you'll end up with angled half shafts which then adds a lot of stress to the U-joints... sorry if this sounds harsh but I've been thru this and it was not too nice....
If the driver's side started sagging recently I'd check all bushings, especially the strut rod bushings for wear. If these are worn the wheel won't be straight when looking from behind the car (negative camber)... check everything and post photos so we all can have a look as well
I'm sure we'll figure out what's wrong and very very likely it's something you can fix at home, maybe with some help of your local Corvette club guys...
