1979 Side Mirror problems
I took off the door panels last night only to find a side mirror connection problem. The connection is housed in a small tubular frame about the size of a battery...I can't seem to disconnect the 2 pieces. Are they held on with an allen wrench? Anything I need to be wary of? The panels came off rather easily, except for this..

The **** that sticks throught the door panel is held in place by a small allen key on the bottom side of the housing. With the door panel hanging loose look up from the bottom and you should see it.
