Default Any references for bolt sizes?

Anyone know of a reference that gives bolt sizes? I'm working on reassembling my chassis and despite my best efforts I've "misplaced" a few bolts. I have both chassis manuals and the AIM, but none give actual bolt sizes.

I tried entering the part # from the AIM into the GM restoration parts website but nothing came up.

Any ideas?

Try the Corvette Parts Manual. You look up the part number from the AIM and then find it in the parts book and most of the time, the parts book tell you the size.
This is the same book the parts guys at the parts counter used before they had microfiche and computer.
Also, the NCRS Judging and Technical manual will sometimes tell you what kind of fasteners but not the size.
If you want to e-mail me and give me some part numbers I will try to find them as I have several of the parts books. No guarantees but I will try. Best if you can give me the group and part number or at least the section and part number in the AIM
I just went through this with my 68 coupe.

Tim,
I just thought of something else. Sometimes the numbers in the AIM have been discontinued or superceded and therefore may not be listed under that number in the parts book. For instance, some of the numbers listed in my 68 AIM are now so old they are nowhere to be found.
Another suggestion is to go to the NCRS Technical Board and ask specifically for which fasteners you need info. You need not be a member to ask. Go to www.ncrs.org and click on the Technical Board. There are many experts there and one fellow in particular, Joe Lucia, seems to have info on every part number there is. I know Joe and he is the real deal and does not give out bogus info. He has helped me MANY times with part numbers for my 68 including engine internal part numbers that have been discontinued long ago. He even knows when they were discontinued and what if anything replaced them. Worth a try.
Send me one or two numbers and I'll see if I can find them for you in my books and we'll go from there.

Thanks, you've got mail!

Looks like I'll have to expand my library again!
