where's your ground strap located?
I pulled and reinstalled my engine a few months ago and can't figure out where to attach the ground cable thats bolted underneath the passenger side motor mount attachment welded to the frame.
I didn't know it was there when I pulled my engine (couldn't see it and it kinda pulled itself out when I hoisted the engine up ) So now I have to crimp a new lug on the end and put it back where it belongs.
1982 Corvette~
Any ideas?
Thanks!

Hi! I have newly changed it on my small block. I was fixed in the block on one of the starter mount screws below of one of the spark plugs. Bad place. I have removed this spark plugg for better access. Cheers Marius.

One end attaches to the front starter support on the top. It bolts into the block. Use a star washer between the cable and support. The other end bolts to the left side frame-motor mount. Bolt comes from the rearward direction through the mount, then star washer then cable then bolt. If you need a pic send me an e-mail. stevemona@***.net
