I have Jet Hot and no complaints. Been on for 6 years now and still looks good. Can't comment on HPC never used it.

Try here. They have the headers alreay coated for sale or you can send your existing headers to them to be coated.

I have painted headers on my 79 looks ok, but I was thinking about getting the factory ram horns on my 66 coated w/jethot. Can them do that.

Purchase the headers and test fit/tweak and
then have Jet-Hot coated. I have the SB with Hedman sidepipe hedders, had to dimple to allow clearance at the idler arm grease fitting and clearance the collector flange on the driver's side. This way cost about 50-75 dollars more but you get the fitment done beforehand.

Can Jet hot be used on headers that are about a year old or so?
