im sure this should be too hard for some one out there.
i just found a 2nd shift plate mixed into the boxes of misc. vette parts my dads got around here. after cleaning it up, i noticed the bolt pattern isnt the same as it is for my 69.
its for a 4spd and has 1 hole up at the top left, and 1 at the top right. the other 2 are down on the left and right of where the opticals connect.
if memory serves me correctly, the tag on it said it was for a 350/330HP/360TQ/9.25:1
so, can some one tell me what year its for, and is it worth anything?
My guess is that it's for a 1970. The seventy-ones had the lower compression ratio (8.5 to 1). Don't toss it out; it's worth something to someone for sure.
