Default Got Another C3 Chrome Bumper

Well I didn't need a 3rd Vette but I couldn't walk away from this one. Seen the ad, called the owner and drove an 1 1/2 to see it. It's a 71 LT1-350-330hp automatic with 68000 miles on her. The owner had it for 20 years and when he opened the garage door and I seen it I knew it had a new home. Now here's the kicker, I paid $6000.00 Cdn for it. Who could walk away from that, it started, ran, shifted ok, birdcage is good, interior is 8 out of 10, paint is great, chrome gleams. Needs tires only because of age sidwall cracks, brakes are a bit soft and she need a new exhast system. It will arrive Monday, my brother in-law owns a towing company and will flatbed it for me, and I'll post picutres as it arrives. The picture below was a posted picture the owner used to sell this ride. I'll try and post the link to his ad he had also.

You might want to read your engne code on the block?????? Should have a "CGZ" in it for an LT1. and yes All LT1's came with Manual Transmissions.

It may have 330 hp and/or an LT-1 spec engine, but you're right, it's not a factory LT-1. Regardless, sounds like quite a buy!

Man, you shouldn't have bought it. It's probably not an LT-1 and ain't worth it. However, if you want to get rid of it, let me know....I can come up with $6000 for it.

ps. Really car. Wish I had found it first.
